Below you will find a seamless exclusive branding process to get your brand created so you can connect with your home buyers and sellers easily and effectively.

Branding is a promise to your customer. It is a strategy designed to be the support of all marketing and sales tactics to reach your goals. Branding is a promise of a memorable experience. It is how you answer the phone, it is your customer experience when the walk through the front door, it is how they feel when looking at your website, and most importantly, it’s the decisions they make when they are interacting with your brand. Developing an impactful authentic brand and delivering it consistently is the foundation upon every successful business is built.

STEP #1

Start with this first step. Think of this as your brand launch. This will create your brand story with the fundamental elements needed in order for your individual brand to flourish. Your main message will be developed in this stage. Who you are, who your target audience is, your overall message and tone will be created so all of your marketing efforts can be the most effective across all platforms.

HOW IT WORKS

We’ll send you a Creative Brief for you to answer questions about your real estate business, your goals, a tidbit about your personal style, and more. This will give us the insight to start creating your own real estate agent brand. All of these elements will give you what you need to elevate your clear and concise messaging.

BRANDING PACKAGE

INVESTMENT: $1,500.00

Package Includes:

  1. Creative Brief – An extensive branding questionnaire will be provided to the client to learn about the company’s fundamentals, goals, insights, and creative direction.
  2. Research + Discovery – A high-level brand analysis across the region and country will be completed to ensure brand authenticity.
  3. Inspiration Collaboration – A shared Pinterest board will be created to collect images that visually reflect the brand. If the client does not have a Pinterest account this can also be done through email. 
  4. Brand Direction + Tagline – Development of brand personality, audience, positioning, and tagline.
  5. Primary Logo + Secondary Logo + Watermark Design – Identity design will be comprised of a series of 5 steps to completion.

DESIGN STEP 1 – A collection of 5 distinct logo concepts will be presented to the client in black and white. Two selections will move on to step 2.

DESIGN STEP 2 – Color palettes will be created to reflect the brand’s image and added to the final 2 selections. Final color palette and logo concept will be chosen to move on to step 3.

DESIGN STEP 3 – Once the client has chosen the final logo concept and color palette a secondary logo and watermark will be created to match. 

DESIGN STEP 4 – Once all brand marks are complete, a style guide will be created in a PDF format to reflect the primary logo, secondary logo, watermark, brand inspiration images, color palette, typography, brand elements, and pattern recommendations. 

DESIGN STEP 5 – All logo files will be created and delivered in JPEG, PNG, and EPS files.

The client has up to 3 revisions throughout design steps 1-3.

Additional revision rounds will be billed at an hourly rate of $100.00.

STEP #2

Once Step #1 is completed, choose ANY of the below branded options – choose one, or choose all of them. You pick and choose which branded items you need that best suits your business. Please note that Step #1 must be completed in order to move on to Step #2.

TIMING

Depending on which branded items you chose, your project can take anywhere from 1-3 months to complete. But, don’t worry – we’ll give your time frame once your options are selected. We work hard and we work fast so you get your branded items quickly!

Printing costs are not included, but we partner with a number of local and online printing companies to refer you to the most creative and best in the industry. Just ask!

DIGITAL MARKETING

Email Signature: $200
Every email deserves to be professional. A customized email footer will be designed with elements like your head shot, email address, phone number, mailing address, and social media buttons.

Social Media Pack: $350
Social media has taken over the world…we know. Cover photos and profile photos will be branded for six (6) of your social media platforms, as well as Instagram highlight buttons.

Website: $1,000
Your very own tailored real estate one-page scrolling website. Up to 6 separate sections on your new site will be built to include all of your branding. These sections can include a main image, an “about” section, your communities, your expertise, your listings, featured listings, contact information, and more. PLEASE NOTE: We ask clients to provide all completed materials (questionnaires, content, images, etc.) before the project start date. Delays from client may result in project push-backs and additional charges. Domain, Hosting, SSL, hard marketing costs, taxes and other added costs are not included.

EXTRAS

Photography
Photos of you are critical to your real estate business. Your clients want to see you, their trusted agent, and know that you are a reliable during their home buying/selling process. If you need head shots, or some creative, fun pictures of you in action, at your desk, showing a home, or even a sold home with clients, this session is all about you all at one location, or multiple if you’d like. You’ll receive edited digital files from the photo shoot.

Videography
Video is vital to any brand. It tells your personal story while connecting with your clients. This option includes:

One promotional :45-:60 second video that highlights you, your brand, a tidbit about what you do, how you conduct business, and why clients would want to work with you.

Or, three shortened :10-:15 second videos that you can use for social media to create some buzz about what you do and how you do it.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

The package total is divided into 2 equal payments. The first payment is due upon signing contract and required to hold your spot in the queue (non-refundable). The second and final payment is due at time of project completion/design approval from client and before any final materials/files are delivered to the client. Payments made via PayPal or mailed check.

WHAT EXACTLY IS A REVISION ROUND?

We consider a revision round to be any single list of constructive feedback, revisions, or changes following a presentation. Each package includes the standard number of revisions that we’ve found to be effective in delivering a great product to our clients. In the case that you might want additional revision rounds they can be added on at an hourly rate.
